Centennial High School, Champagne, Ill. Renovation and Additions

This Project consisted of renovating the entire existing high school building (approximately 203,000 sq. ft.) along with (2) new building additions (approximately 123,000 sq. ft.).

Services Rendered:          Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and Fire Protection.

Project Features:

  • (2)new 320-ton chillers.
  • (5)new packaged RTUs for the new additions.
  • Replacement of (19)existing AHUs with new AHU's.
  • All new VAV reheat HVAC systems, including ductwork.  
  • (5) New energy efficient hot water boilers.
  • Occupancy sensors and demand ventilation.
  • 50 KW emergency generation for life safety and the FEMA storm shelter.
  • All new LED lighting throughout the existing and new building additions.
  • All new switchgear, panels, and feeders.
  • New addressable fire alarm system with mass notification.
  • Energy efficient and water conserving plumbing fixtures and equipment.
  • New fire protection (i.e., sprinkler system) service serving both the existing building and new additions.
