The Yeh Center is a 20,500 sq. ft. addition to the existing Newmark Lab Building. The addition includes state-of-the-art Lecture Halls, Classrooms, Conference Rooms, and a Student Group Work Area. The collaborative space is the heart of the Center around which circulation and all other rooms are organized. The two-story space with large glass façade is a student-centric focus for the Civil Engineering Program which  exposes the structure, the volume, the students and activities as a lively, animated place on campus.

This project received: LEED®Silver Certification from the US Green Building Council (USGBC).

  • Variable air volume system with economizer and heat recovery wheel.
